Built into the medieval walls of Marrakech and made up of 53 luxurious riads, each with its own unique charm, the Royal Mansour is not just another luxury hotel in Morocco; it is a philosophy, a feeling, and a state of mind. The hotel not only captures the essence of Morocco but is also a place of memorable moments simply because they break the ordinary and open up the possibility of chance encounters with a different version of yourself. Royal Mansour holds a special place in my heart.

Your room here is not just a traditional hotel room but your little world. Spread over three floors and decorated with velvet, silk, brocade, and organza, your riad has a private entry courtyard with a fountain, plunge pool, and sun deck. Nowhere did I love my morning coffee more than in the privacy and stillness of those spaces.

A Good Beginning Bodes Well
Your journey at the Royal Mansour begins when you step off the plane. A dedicated staff member greets you, guides you through the fast-track process, which includes expedited customs and immigration procedures, and escorts you to your private transfer. As you arrive at the hotel, you will be captured by the scent of the myriad fruit trees that permanently permeates its grounds.

Mirroring the layout of the narrow alleyways of the Moroccan medinas, the riads at the Royal Mansour are a marvel of design and craftsmanship. Each is a unique blend of intricate detailing, such as hand-carved wooden doors and ornate tile work, bespoke furniture, and exquisite accessories, like handwoven rugs and delicate lanterns.

Shaded paths wind through lush Andalusian-style gardens, filled with vibrant flowers and soothing fountains, leading you to the spa, a glazed pavilion encircled by a moat, creating a tranquil and picturesque setting for your spa experience.
With its 2,500 m² spread over three floors, the Spa Royal Mansour Marrakech is a sanctuary dedicated to your senses. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, wellness center, and hammam; the wonderful spa atrium, done in white latticework, is a masterpiece. Delicate rose, sweet almond, and orange flower aromas permeate the air.

Three restaurants celebrate the country's heritage within the hotel gardens, serving beautifully prepared dishes boasting inventive combinations and unique flavors. Each table, whether Moroccan, Italian, French, or Asian, carries the signature of a great chef and promises an unforgettable sensory journey.

The all-day La Table has outside seating by the pool, and two dinner venues tended by white-gloved staff—La Grande Table Française and La Grande Table Marocaine—are located on two sides of a blue-themed courtyard.
Wherever I lay my hat, that's my home
Wherever I lay my hat, that's my home.
As in the lyrics of a famous song, ‘Wherever I lay my hat, that's my home.' Royal Monsour was home. The day I left, I had only one wish on my mind: to visit again and stay much, much longer.
